Let us rejoice in the success of the Bacolod Ancom 2008. Let us welcome the ascendancy of the Most Worshipful Grand Master of Masons, MW Pacifico Aniag. Let us also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Bacolod-Negros brethren who gave their all in hosting this event.
We also rejoice in the fellowship we've had with the brethren from Muog #89, Pyramid Lodge & Gramercy Lodge of the Grand Lodge New York.
Evenwhile we rejoice, we pray for the safe travel of our brethren from Bacolod. At around 6:00 p.m. today, WB Gustav Joseph Bocek of Ang Tipolo Lodge sent me a text message: KUYA YARI KAMI. Nasiraan ang sinakyan namin, Super Ferry -- Our Lady of Good Voyage... Part pa lang kami ng Iloilo...Nasa news na ba? ------

Hi Kuyang,
The highlight actually is the installation of Kuyang Boy. It was, well,emotional the least.
I was so proud to stand up twice when he called people who supported him.First as a member of Malolos Lodge, then as a Demolay.
It was great.
As a side issue, as usual, the Malolos Brethren are up and about in misdemeanors after every plenary... oooops, sorry, well behaved pala! (-: Hahahaha

It was indeed a successful Ancom, except for the computer mess
during the balloting and the packed-lunches. I would like to
share you some comments:
"A fraternity as dignified as the Masons...and we're served
packed-lunch on our annual convention."
"My thumb is even bigger than this chicken." - The piece of
chicken was really half the size of little finger.
"We came all the way from (a place in Northern Luzon) and we're
fed packed-lunch. "
"Big profits! And MW Puno just talked about greed as one of the
causes of disharmony."
Generally, this did not dampen the Masonic spirit prevailing in
the Ancom at Bacolod City, yet, let this serve as a warning to
future organizers.

yesterday afternoon safely.
it was a very long travel for them but as per bro pravin, the travel
is a memorable one for they had more time enjoying fellowship with the brethren on board:)
