Congratulations to RWBro Tony Ligaya on his election and installation as Junior Grand Warden of the Grand Lodge of the State of Hawaii.

I first met Bro Tony in Parklea, Australia on his many visits here in Sydney. He have a sister here and at the time he was still in the US Navy stationed in Japan.

It was indeed a small world for he knew one of my brothers-in-law, who also recently at the time; retired from the US Navy and settled here in Sydney.

I can not forget the scene of Bro Tony wearing his Masonic baseball hat and square & compass ring; walking in Paddy's Market. I quipped to him "What a nice hat?" and he knew instantly I was his brother.

Congratulations again RWBro Tony on this important milestone in your Masonic life.

Regards,

Bro Mario Baylon Jr
