Due to the attendance of MW Bro Jaime Y. Gonzales, (Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines) the venue has been changed from Union Masonic Lodge to the ORT Center near La Union Provincial Capitol and NEDA office at 1:30PM, Saturday, 15 March 2008;in order to accommodate an expected large number of attendees.
