To All Brethren Whithersoever Dispersed:

Congratulations are in order for the elevation of Bro. Santiago "Boy" Gabionza to the Grand South during the elections of the 93rd Annual Communications in Cagayan de Oro City.

There were five (5) nominees for the position of JGW, namely: VWBro Edward Chua, VWBro Joven Chua, VWBro Manuel Crudo Jr., VWBro Santiago Gabionza & VWBro Voltaire Gazmin.
